Mental Health Therapist
I have always known that I was going to end up in the mental health field. From a very young age I found myself looking for ways to improve my own life as well as support the lives of those around me. As I neared the end of high school I found myself at a crossroads - do I pursue a career in mental health and wellbeing, or in art and photography. Luckily, I have been able to pursue both passions successfully.
I currently work for a not-for-profit as a mental health therapist and have openings in the evenings at a private practice. I consider myself a holistic practitioner, exploring the connections between the body, mind, heart, and spirit. I aim to support clients in healing by taking the entire human being and their life experiences into consideration, while creating a safe and collaborative therapeutic environment. I love playing in my garden, biking with my cat, kayaking with my dog, the Lord of the Rings, Slurpees, and tacos.
